ALISA diamond paintings PROVIDE SHIPPING TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States

 

We use registered air mail or ePacket.

Shipping is free.

 

HANDLING TIME

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and your order will be ready to ship within 1-3 working days.

 

ORDER TRAKING

We ship every our package with tracking code.

So, if you are from USA you can track your package on USPS website.

Customers from UK can track their packages on Royal Mail website.

If you are from Australia, you can track your package on Australian Postal Corporation website, etc...

 

DELIVERY

The package normally takes 10-30 business days to arrive (approx.), depending on country in your shipping address, and it is outside our control. If your package does not arrive within 30 days please contact us on office@alisadiamondpainting.com and we will review the status of your order.

If you have a package marked ’undelivered’ or as ‘delivered’ but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier.

If the package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may occur in order to ’reroute’ or ‘reship' the package.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Also, after 30 days we will not receive requests for missing parts of diamond painting kits (i.e. missing beads).

If you neglect to pick up your package, and package is returned to us, we will not refund you product price and original shipping cost.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

You (the customer) are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

ALISA diamond paintings is not responsible for any package held by international customs agencies.
